An Apprentices Progress

Niall Lineker is about 6 months into his #NVQlevel3 #SalesndManagement #Apprenticeship with
#TBAPS. So we thought it high time he gave a presentation to us all about he thought he was doing, a proposal that he was not at all keen on, but as we explained a necessary step in improving self confidence.

Fortunately for Niall he pulled together an acceptable presentation covering the structure + content of his #apprenticeship, his sales activity so far and how he was developing his knowledge of #TBAPS #conductive ,#staticdissipativethermoplastics for #electronicssafehandling + #ATEX along with #EMIshieldingthermoplastics, #conductivepaints for #EMIShielding and #antistatic applications plus #nanotechnology based #conductiveproducts, #EMIShieldinggaskets #Magneticallydetectable products and #antistaticproducts such as #wriststraps #matting etc.

Niall also covered where he thought his colleagues had done well and not so well (a brave lad doing that) and finally went on to talk about his projects on new sales development for new #TBAPS ranges for #thermalprotection and #frictionproducts for #brakes.

Overall the consensus was he’s done well so far.
