Mark, Amelia, Kael and Mark share management responsibility for the maintenance of top-quality customer service and support at all times, enabling TBA Protective Solutions to keep ahead of the competition in the markets we serve.
Mark has a B-TEC in Business Management and his wide-ranging task as Production Manager takes in production efficiency, stock control, inventory management, production planning and process improvements. He started his TBA career in 1990, working in the platting shed, became part of the production team two years later, before being appointed to his current senior management post.
Educated to degree level and with a strong background in technical sales including technical textiles and engineering products, Amelia is now moving into accountancy and part way through through her CIMA apprenticeship.
A graduate level technical sales professional with experience in selling adhesives and lubricants before joining the team at TBA PS, he is now an expert in thermally protective textiles and insulation products, with particular expertise in thermal insulation jackets.
•Mark Lineker – started in research at British Textile Technology Group, specialising in fire protective clothing, furnishings etc. Moved to TBA, R+D conductive polymers and coatings. Responsible for implementation of BS 5750 (ISO 9001) in TBA ECP. Moved into Product Management, eventually became Business Manager. Brief spell as MD of Dexine Rubber Products, then MD of TBA Textiles, now Director of TBA PS. Graduate qualified BSc Applied Physics, MBA and CIMA (Stage 1).
